We have been trading in Norwich for many years and our membership of the National Approved Letting Scheme will insure you of that all client monies will be protected within this scheme

We have a wide variety of 1 – 5 bedroom flats/houses available to let, furnished or unfurnished, city and county. Sharers, couples, families and single applicants considered. Properties let very quickly so check out our availability list on this site.
Please call as soon as possible to book a viewing appointment to avoid disappointment.
Insurance policies are available to protect your damage deposit, in the event of accidentally damage to the landlord’s property.

STUDENTS
We have a good stock of accommodation available for each academic year, ranging from 3 to 6 bedroom properties close to the university and art college.
All of our accommodation is furnished and equipped specifically for students, most have telephone points in each room and benefit from safety aspects such as smoke detectors. All furnishings comply with the safety regulations and gas appliances are checked and approved on an annual basis.
